Thein and J&T group start a fund specialised in companies in the ICT and cyber security segments

Tomáš Budník and his investment company Thein, together with J&T Private Equity Group, have founded a specialised qualified investor’s fund J&T Thein SICAV a.s. With the starting fund volume of over half a billion CZK, they want to primarily invest in companies from the ICT and cybersecurity segments. The fund, in which Thein holds 65% share, plans its first sign-in period in October. The distribution will be carried out exclusively by the J&T Bank.

Tomáš Budník says about the new fund: “I’m very glad we’ve managed to get such a strong partner to work with that is J&T.
