Czech metalworking company Ponec purchased by the new investment group Thein
Prague, July 8th 2020 – The first acquisition made by Thein investment group is the Czech metalworking company Ponec, which focuses on precise metal machining and its further processing. The purchase of a100% share is Thein’s first investment on the Czech market. The investment goal is to further develop a company with more than twenty-year-long tradition, which has a leading position in custom and prototype production with high added value.
The metalworking company Ponec has more than twenty-year-long tradition in chip machining, weldment production and custom assembly sets. The company focuses on precise production with near-zero scrap for hi-tech clientele in rail, automotive and aviation industry.
