I have more than 15 years of experience in roles on the management level. At Mountfield a.s. I’ve worked my way up from being an assistant to the service director to becoming the director of the whole company. I was responsible for the vision, strategy and achieving the goals not only within Mountfield a.s., but also at Mountfield SK and seven other companies in the company group. Together, the companies had more than 7 billion CZK turnover and approx. 3000 employees. I’ve regularly placed amongst the most influential women in the Czech Republic – a prestigious Forbes poll.
My greatest achievements.
I have successfully managed one large and several small companies; as well as a number of large development and crisis management plans. I am proudest of the fact, that during my career I have learned how to truly listen to people.
