I bring more than 16 years of experience in project management and related topics such as the project management principles implementation in companies, PMO set up and long-term lecturer experience. I have assumed roles of a project manager, consultant or a lecturer in a whole range of projects, especially in IT, both in the commercial environment and government administration during my professional career. I’ve worked with many companies e.g. Grant Thornton Advisory, Minerva ČR, ČD Telematika, Česká pošta a.s. and other. In thein, I am responsible for the oversight of new projects.
My greatest achievements.
I’ve convinced many participants of my trainings about not only about sustainability of the methodologies in practice, but also that the role of the project manager is challenging and interesting at the same time. I’ve managed a set of 15 projects across the whole country under very demanding conditions, for an even more demanding customer.
