Since joining Eurotel (1994), I’ve gone through several ICT management positions, the last of which was the role of voice and mobile data service development director for O2 Czech Republic and Slovakia up until April 2012. Then, intermittently until present, I’ve worked as a consultant (www.avahi.cz) for a host of regional ICT projects in several EU countries. Since 2015, I have performed the role of technological strategy director for Beeline in Russia, and later as a CIO with responsibility for a team and infrastructure covering 11 time-zones. I have worked for Telenor Common Operation in Hungary as a transformation director and project manager since October 2018.
My greatest achievements.
- In Eurotel, we were the first in the Czech Republic and one of the first globally to introduce innovative Web self-care and electronic invoicing
- I have managed to set up the O2 network in Slovakia just 4.5 months since the licence issue
- Conjunction and consolidation of Eurotel and Czech Telecom - the network and service development segment
- We have migrated more than 5000 users from four countries to the Office 365 environment in less than a year
- I have taken part on the transformation of CEE Telenor in Hungary, Bulgaria and Serbia through the structural separation of infrastructure
Strengths and skills.
I can build and motivate the team. I don’t care about what has been, I am focused on the present and on being able to learn from mistakes in order to deliver the goods.
