Production of aluminium castings

The aluminium casting foundry provides you with top quality production. We produce precision thin-walled and pressure-tight castings in series production from 0.1 kg to 20 kg.

We carry out complex production work from the design and production of the casting mould and sand core through the actual casting of aluminium alloys to the final machining and surface treatment of the manufactured parts.

We use the following production methods

• Gravity casting
• Low pressure casting
• Squeeze casting technology – our specialty is direct and indirect aluminium alloy casting or Squeeze casting. We use Squeeze casting technology as the ONLY foundry in the Czech Republic.
