Intelligent machining - at the cutting edge of metal cutting

Metal cutting is a priority to us. We have experience in machining most available steels, non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials. We turn up to a diameter of 1250 mm and a length of 1500 mm, mill up to a length of 2000 mm. We use renowned brands of productive tools, follow trends in machining and respond to the ever increasing demands on flexibility and precision in production. We check dimensions on a Crysta Apex (Mitutoyo) coordinate measuring machine.

Machinery

We machine using modern methods on high-tech Mazak machining centres. We use productive tools made by Sandvik, Seco, etc., in production. We follow trends in machining and optimize production processes. We always choose the most efficient production method with a team of experienced staff. We program simple parts using Mazatrol systems, more complex parts using MAZACCAM software, and generate code for 3D surfaces using GIBBSCAM software.

Machine grinding of metal parts

The high precision and quality of the machined surface is achieved by final grinding. We grind round to an outer diameter of 400 mm and a length of 1500 mm, an inner diameter of 250 mm. We grind surface to a length of up to 800 mm and 400 mm in width. We measure the roughness of the machined surface using a calibrated Surftest (Mitutoyo) roughness measuring instrument.

Separating materials

Preparing material for more effective machining – separating material

One support activity is the separation of material by autogenous and conventional cutting. We flame cut sheet metals of dimensions of 2000 x 6000 mm, and up to 130 mm in thickness. We cut on fully-automatic band saws to a diameter of up to 410 mm. We prepare precision blanks with minimal allowances to ensure more effective subsequent machining
