What´s new

The merger of Thein Digital and Aitcom is happening.

We are currently in the 30-day period during which the merger documents are published in the Commercial Register. We are waiting for this statutory period — during which objections can be raised — to expire. Once it does, Thein Digital will officially become the successor company to Aitcom.

Until then, it’s business as usual — we continue to deliver our services with the same quality and scope as always.

But we’re not standing still. Behind the scenes, we’re already working on unifying teams, technologies, and know-how under one brand — fulfilling another key step in our long-term Thein strategy.
