The company focuses on consulting in M&A area, restructuring and company crisis management, digital transformation and cyber security. Thein Consulting is a professional advisor to the fund J&T Thein SICAV.

The company was established more than 10 years ago with focus on R&D consulting in ecology and sustainable development. The key activity was a development of CO2 lowering technologies, for which the company owns several patents. It also participated in other eco-oriented projects, e.g. electrical waste recycling, or the construction of a biomass cogeneration unit.

The consultation focus is on:
